Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
- At Magnet, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers.
- We do not do Cash on Delivery and hence all the orders are pre-paid.
- We deliver products in 4 - 10 days (Min - Max) depending on the locations.
- Please check product page for correct shipping times.
- An email and a text on your given number will be sent with tracking details once your order is shipped.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is dispatched from our side.
In the rare event, something goes wrong, here is our return policy:
- We accept returns only if you have received a damaged product or a wrong product has been shipped out to you.
- You can email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the wrong/damaged product.
- Magnet care team will receive and review your return request. Upon approval, please note the goods are to be shipped by the customer back to us and the cost of shipment subject to the maximum cost of courier be Rs. 50/- or less will be borne by us. The receipt of same is to be shared by the customer.
- Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund via the same payment mode with which you made the purchase.
- We will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
- We aim to process all returns within 1 week. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the Magnet Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- All returns are subject to the discretion of Magnet. But we're an easy-going and polite bunch of people.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
