1.How will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched via our trusted courier partners.

2.In how many days will I receive my order?
All within India are delivered in 7-8 working days. Please note shipping duration may vary due to bad weather, public holidays, etc. Sunday’s are not counted as working days in our calendar.

3.Can I make any modifications to my order?
Once orders are placed no modifications will be allowed.

4.How to order?
At the moment, we are exclusive to our own website. The order can be placed just like any other e-commerce website. You may also contact us at sales@themagnet.in for custom and bulk orders.

5.Are there any shipping charges?
Yes there are shipping charges for all orders unless there is a scheme available which can be checked on to our website.

6.How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.

7.Do you have Cash on Delivery?
No we do not have Cash on Delivery facilities. Due to contactless delivery we have stopped the same.

8.What if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:
  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for net banking); and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at sales@themagnet.in. 
9.What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
We arrange a re-delivery of the shipment for one more time and if you are not available the second time then the goods are returned back to our Company. You will charged additional shipment charges for delivering the goods third time.

10.What all payment methods are accepted?
All credit and debit cards are accepted on the website. All major banks are also connected via Internet Banking. You can also pay through UPI and wallets like Paytm. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.
